Cement rotary kiln is a kind of rotary heating equipment widely used in cement production. In the cement production process, cement rotary kiln is used to chemically react cement raw materials under high temperature conditions to finally produce cement clinker.
Cement rotary kilns are mainly used for calcining cement clinker and are divided into two main categories: dry process cement kilns and wet process cement kilns.
The cement rotary kiln consists of a cylinder, a supporting device, a supporting device with a retaining wheel, a transmission device, a movable kiln head, a sealing device at the end of the kiln and a coal spray pipe device.
In addition to the main drive, the transmission system is also equipped with an auxiliary drive device that can make the kiln rotate and prevent the kiln from bending and deforming when the main power source is broken.
The cement rotary kiln works by using a rotating rotary kiln to move cement raw materials continuously and to carry out chemical reactions in the kiln. In a cement rotary kiln, the raw material undergoes three stages of preheating, calcining and cooling to finally produce cement clinker.
The rotary kiln needs to be heated and cooled throughout the process to ensure that the cement raw materials are at the correct temperature for the chemical reaction.
