Magnesium metal rotary kiln is an industrial device specially designed for sintering magnesium metal. It can sinter raw materials into various shapes of powder, especially suitable for producing special materials such as rare earth permanent magnetic materials.
The magnesium metal rotary kiln mainly relies on its internal high temperature environment to sinter the material. Its working principle is to put materials such as lime and gypsum into the rotary kiln and make its internal temperature rise by heating to reach the temperature of sintering, so that the materials will be chemically reacted and new compounds will be produced. With the continuous rotation of the rotary kiln, the material gradually moves forward in the kiln and is finally discharged from the other end.
The structure of magnesium metal rotary kiln is mainly composed of furnace body, motor assembly and reducer. The furnace body is mainly composed of barrel, lid and kiln, etc. The shape of the barrel is tubular, and the inner wall should be inclined to prevent the material from stagnation. The furnace cover is mainly used for adding and heating process control; the speed reducer can be adjusted according to the actual need, so that the material movement state can be optimized.
The magnesium metal rotary kiln produced by ZOOMJO can make the sintering temperature of magnesium metal material reduced, the sintering time shortened, the sintering quality is better, the environmental protection performance is stronger, and the performance of magnesium metal material is greatly improved.
The raw material enters the cylinder for calcination from the high temperature of the kiln end cylinder. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the kiln body, the material produces a compound motion of tumbling in the circumferential direction and moving from high to low end in the axial direction.
The raw material passes through the process of decomposition, firing and cooling in the kiln, and is fired into cement clinker and exited from the low end of the kiln cylinder into the cooler. The fuel is sprayed in from the kiln head and burned in the kiln, the heat issued heats the raw material and makes the raw material calcined into clinker, the hot air formed in the process of heat exchange with the material enters the kiln tail system from the kiln feed end, and then is discharged into the atmosphere by the chimney.
